Isn't it the coolest. I MADE my client buy this a year ago, after we finished up her remodel. She wanted it, but after spending close to $200K on the remo, she had been cut off. But.... some things, you just can't pass up. It was from Hemispheres, which is the up line of Hobby Lobby. I just think its killer! just posting a quickie here, because....as you know...when you are trying to do a kitchen remo in 3 weeks....there just isn't much time left. The kitchen is gonna Rock!

oh yes. indeed, it certainly rocks. I absolutely LOVE your kitchen. and basically everything else you do.

Hi Andrea! I just stumbled onto your “The Pursuit of Happiness” blog yesterday and I spent the whole day reading every post. I also read everyone’s comments, too! I was very surprised at my need to go through your WHOLE blog ….it was like a good book that I couldn’t put down! My husband was wondering why I was on our computer for so many hours because I usually only go on the computer for checking email and a little Internet surfing that lasts for an hour…..NOT THE WHOLE DAY….LOL!!
I hope that you don’t mind but I copied some of your photos and saved them to a folder on my desktop. They were photos of your fabulous designs and ideas that I would like to do someday.
I guess my question is: Why don’t you have your own show on HGTV????
Let me tell you how I found your blog. Last week I started a search for photos of centerpieces with trees and on google I clicked on “images”. I found lots of photos with great ideas BUT your centerpiece stood out from the rest with so much elegance and glam! ….. it was the centerpiece on the table that you did for your son’s school auction. Soooooo amazing!
I am glad that I took the time to read your blog. I learned that you have a super busy lifestyle and probably need to take mental vacations from posting on your blog and that I should be patient looking for future postings from you.
I have some questions for you and I surely understand if you don’t have the time to answer them. I am very interested in your business and how you got to where you are today. Here goes!
1. Did you go to design school? Or work for a designer to get started?
2. Have you ever had a dissatisfied client? If so, how do you deal with them?
3. How did you know “how to price a project”…and is your fee a percentage?
4. Have you noticed a slowdown with your business in the current economy?
5.
I like the bench in the photo with the red pillows (Coolest Bench post). Do you have any more photos of her $200k rehab?
Christmas is my favorite holiday to decorate, too! I have tons of Xmas decorations that I love!
Sincerely,
Gloria Brown (from Maine)
